Asthma is a chronic disease of the airways of your lungs

These airways are known as bronchial tubes.  In the case of asthma, chronic means that it never goes away.  Asthma is common, but  can be very serious.  More than 31 million people in the United States have been diagnosed with asthma at some point in their lives, including more than 9 million children.
Fortunately, early detection, care, and treatment of asthma can help a person with asthma live a full, active life.

The enemy known as allergies has struck again!

Your eyes itch, your nose is running, you're sneezing, and you're covered in hives.
Allergies are abnormal immune system reactions to things that are typically harmless to most people;  foods, dust, plant pollen and medicines, are just a few known as allergens.
